-
Facilitation that meets people, groups, or workspaces where they are - whether navigating conflict, in transition, or the aftermath of a critical experience. Through restorative practices, I create space for people to pause, process, and be heard, supporting collective healing and clarity. My work helps restore balance, rebuild trust, and lay the groundwork for healthier, more connected relationships, communities, and workplace cultures.
-
I collaborate with organizations to develop bold, values-based strategic plans and support the implementation of program evaluations that make impact visible and guide growth.
I love the challenge of developing and facilitating intentionally researched and curated curriculum that weaves multiple ways of knowing and doing. From custom training and capacity-building programs, to wellness initiatives and team-building sessions, I help organizations foster relational and decolonial intelligence to fulfill their potential.
-
Work with me one-to-one. Case and workplace consultations are also available.
I practice from a decolonial feminist and anti-oppressive framework, “walking with” helpers and leaders who embrace the responsibility of caring for others and community. I hold space for people to practice reflexivity, set goals and commitments for themselves, promote and practice wellness, and balance indicators of accountability.
